Returns

Return Policy

All mail returned items must be postmarked 10 days after receiving.  (Shipping not included for returns)

If returned within 14 days, regular priced items will be refunded.  If between 15-30 days, store credit will be issued.  Sale items are final sale.

Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets all requirements:

• Items must be unworn, tags intact, and without stains or odor.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.
• Shoes must be returned in the original box.  Shoe box must not be damaged.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that you believe is damage, we must be notified within 4 days after you have received it. Please contact us at: tribeboutiquellc@gmail.com
