Return Policy

All returned items must be postmarked 10 days after receiving.  (Shipping not included for returns)

Store credit only will be refunded.

Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets all requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, tags intact, and without stains or odor.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box.  Shoe box must not be damaged.

 

All returns will be issued store credit, in the form of a discount code, via email that can be used online.  Amount of gift certificate will not include shipping.  Please allow five days for processing.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that you believe is damage, we must be notified within 4 days after you have received it. Please contact us at: tribeboutiquellc@gmail.com
